TSE acquires 108 MWp of solar ground projects

In line with its consolidation platform strategy, TSE, a developer and producer of solar energy in France and a member of French Tech 120, announces the finalization of several acquisition transactions representing a total capacity of 108 MWc of ground based photovoltaic projects.
Summary of full control of TSE Finance 1
TSE purchased, from Siloé Infrastrustures, all the shares that it did not hold in the capital of TSE Finance 1. This operation allows TSE to regain total control of this investment vehicle carrying two emblematic solar power plants:
- Marville (Meuse) — one of the largest photovoltaic power plants in France
- Oxelaere (North) — structuring project for the development of solar energy in Hauts-de-France
These two installations, which are currently in operation, together represent an installed capacity of 95 MWc.
Acquisition of Two Ready to Build Projects
In addition to this structuring transaction, TSE has acquired two ground based photovoltaic projects in the Ready to Build phase totaling 13 MWc, located in New Aquitaine and Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes. These projects, whose construction will be launched soon, will enrich the group's operating assets.
Mathieu Debonnet, President of TSE:
“These acquisitions are fully in line with TSE's strategy to position itself as a platform for consolidating the French photovoltaic sector. By integrating operating assets and ready-to-build projects into its portfolio, TSE generates synergies with the power plants developed in-house by its teams, both technically and operationally.”
