Our innovative solutions for the transition

We design projects for ground-based solar photovoltaic power plants, making it possible to increase the value of degraded land by producing green energy.

We design real territorial projects for natural land, restoring biodiversity, and meeting local needs.

FAQs
Ground-based power plants can be built on degraded or abandoned land. Other criteria are also taken into account: compliance with urban planning documents, distance to a network connection, zoning, topographic criteria, etc.
Photovoltaic panels capture the sun's radiation, then neutralize the electrons through their components and produce a direct electric current which is then transformed into alternating current by the inverters for common uses.
A solar power plant can be designed and built within 3 to 5 years.
A photovoltaic power plant is composed of various elements: solar panel arrays, a transformer and delivery station, a fire tank, outdoor fences and traffic lanes.
In return for renting the land where the photovoltaic power plant is located, the owner receives an annual rent per hectare determined by our teams according to the characteristics of the land (distance to the connection station, specificities of the land, etc.).
According to the nature and condition of the soil, other activities may be possible on the site, in particular conservation grazing with sheep. It is important to note that this type of project is not the equivalent of an agrivoltaic project, however.
The minimum area to install an agrivoltaic solution is 10 hectares. As for ground power plants, land with a minimum area of 5 hectares will be required.
The construction of our agrivoltaic and photovoltaic systems, as well as environmental studies, administrative and legal procedures, the maintenance of structures and their dismantling are fully covered by TSE. There are no investment costs associated with setting up the project for the farmer.
