Who are we?

Our ambition is threefold: fight against global warming, support the agricultural transition of our farmers and produce the cheapest energy

Our vision

TSE was born in 2016 from the observation that we consume as much fossil energy as in the 1970s.

Climate crisis, increase in the need for electricity, aging of our nuclear power plants, energy imports (€115 billion in 2022), loss of sovereignty, constant increase in the electricity bill for households and businesses... we decided to participate in responding to these challenges. And many others.

To do this, we innovated, we turned to agrivoltaics very early on, we made the choice to integrate all professions for the benefit of quality, we spread out over the whole country to be as close as possible to needs...

Our strategic choices and our teams now allow us to propose a range of solutions to be developed with local actors and farmers, allowing us to act on a daily basis in favor of the decarbonization of our economy, to offer the most competitive rates in the long term for our industries and our fellow citizens and to share the newly created value directly with our territories and the agricultural world.

Each of our projects is thus designed to have a positive impact on the community and provide concrete assistance to farmers. More than the development and production of solar energy, we now consider ourselves, alongside local actors, as artisans of adapting to the necessary changes.

Tomorrow, it will be our territories that, in addition to feeding our country, will produce its carbon-free energy.

Our founders

Mathieu Debonnet and Pierre-Yves Lambert, entrepreneurs committed to solar energy and the fight against global warming, together created TSE in 2016, which has become the leading company in the photovoltaic and agrivoltaics industry in France. Pierre-Yves Lambert founded Emeraude Energy in 2006, while Mathieu Debonnet built his expertise by creating Altus Energy in 2008.

Driven by a passion for entrepreneurship and convinced of the crucial role of photovoltaics in France's energy future, they created TSE to respond to a simple economic problem: to produce the cheapest carbon-free French energy while supporting the agricultural transition of territories.

Their complementary backgrounds merged to give birth to an independent French company, with French capital, distributed as close as possible to needs (15 offices), resolutely committed to the French energy transition, combining innovation, technical expertise and environmental commitment.

Under the joint management of Mathieu and Pierre-Yves, TSE has established itself as the French expert in photovoltaics, and the reference in agrivoltaics.

Our Raison d'être

TSE has clear commitments: to fight against global warming, to be a local player in energy and agricultural transitions, to present qualitative solar solutions for the benefit of farmers and, more generally, of the rural world, to offer the cheapest production rate.

By making the precursor choice of agrivoltaics, the development but also the operation of our power plants, and a territorial distribution as close as possible to needs, we will support you throughout the life of the project.

Co-construction, real value sharing, protection of crops against climatic hazards, we are convinced that the inevitable energy transition must benefit the greatest number of people.

TSE at the heart Territories

TSE is committed to the heart of territories by actively collaborating with local communities to develop sustainable and beneficial energy solutions for all.
